Stream is pleased to welcome Michael Heintz, Managing Director of Property Management, and Lexee Zutz, Vice President of Construction and Development, to the Carolinas office.
With more than 12 years of asset management experience, Michael is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and expansion of Stream’s management platform across the two states. With more than 20 years of expertise in development and construction, Lexee is responsible for leading and executing development projects for existing clients and cultivating new relationships across the Carolinas.
